Mistura 2012

Another year has ended for Mistura, one of the most important food festivals in my country.   With over half million visitors for the 5th year in a row, this not only proves that our culinary world is expanding but also now more than before people are recognizing the true potential of Peruvian cuisine.  However this event  promotes more than food.  It also recognizes our culture and our people, with an event full of contests, musical shows, and talks from local and international chefs…
